I guessed MS 65. It's definitely PL, maybe DMPL. These come spectacular so they are tougher on these than on less common Morgans.

I think it's a 64, unless they gave it a genuine grade for the stuff going on around 1 o'clock on the obverse.

Voted 64 but with TPG grading these days could be anywhere 63-65

I am thinking the cheek would have to be less abrasive to receive the 65 grade so 64 is about right for me.

Other than the contact marks on the cheeks I'd roll with MS67.

It's not even PL let alone close to DMPL. You can see the cartwheels right there, same spot both sides.

the coin is graded ms64+...most people correctly guessed 64.

True, actually I started thinking that about your genuine choice, especially as @10000lakes pointed out "the stuff going on at 1 o'clock on the obverse". What is that anyway? Hard to tell from pics.

I guessed 65, so since it is a 64+, I would go ahead and send it back to have them correct the slab. include a note that i said it was ok

not sure...i think it's a bit of toning. i don't have the coin back yet, i'll check it out.
