I agree, and its grey area. But would you say the same thing about a counterfeit? I self poofed the thread for now
I don't get it @ACop. Who is poofing? May I see the coin? C'mon now....you're teasing me!
Didnt you just poof one of your threads?
Its when you delete you own thread. It goes

Must be Northern Hemisphere humour that I don't understand...
Smitten with DBLCs.
...you Kiwi’s are some of the Nicest, warm-hearted people that I have ever met...don’t know what the OP was about but thought I could add that
Did you say poof?
Hoard the keys.
I was outing a coin auction that is clearly AT and in a graded pcgs holder for sale on ebay by a seller who does high volume with usually NT material that probably would pull an AT piece IMO. I mean this thing is not even close to MA...probably (i hope)gassed in holder.
Aha... I see it all now... gassed in holder by a 'poof'.... Cheers, RickO
You got it! ebay.com/itm/Crazy-1922-PCGS-MS63-Colorful-Toned-Peace-Dollar
Or poofed in holder by gas.
Pete
Maybe you can get him to send you a hundred bucks!
Maybe. I'll start a thread.
Problem here isnt the seller. Question I wanted to ask was what do you do this situation? PCGS is clear of any wrongdoing assuming it was gassed in the slab after slabbing. And seller relies on the slab. Based on the amount of junk thats AT'd raw on ebay right now, its a matter of time before hundreds of these slabs start to appear. Then what?
Yuck
