Obv: St. Andrew's Cross, in the corners 4 crowns. Rev: Double-headed eagle with coat of arms on the chest. Conditionally scarce without commonly seen adjustment marks. NGC MS-64.

The lack of adjustment marks really sets this apart from its peers. I bet this one will image quite differently once you have it in hand (in a good way).
If so, NGC holdered it backwards. Beautiful uncluttered design and I think I detect some nostalgia for the country of issue.
