They're apparently still in operation. I don't think I've seen that particular round before. But in my experience, refinery's rounds don't often carry much of a premium unless they are considerably older or very interesting/unusual (like the Swiss of America rolo rounds).
I saw this on the coin forum... looks like just melt value..... I do like the Eagle/Salmon/mountain depiction... I lived in Washington State for 20 years....Those are common designs in that area. Cheers, RickO
