What's the deal with the next edition of the Cherrypicker's Guide - specifically Volume II?

    Kinda reminds me of the new Tool album we were supposed to have by now also.

    Perhaps the next expected Cherrypickers Volume II is in the same place as Mexican Money Encyclopedia Volume III.
