I'm going with counterfeit. Some of the details look wrong.....
It's raw. No bubble cheek. No mustard stains, either. Looks like an original sketch.

Numismatists spend YEARS finding their favorite coins with "original skin". Don't think this particular example will ever be duplicated!!
