Looks like a minor doubled die to me? That's one fat 9:)
To me, mintmark position seems a little off to be FS101. But I agree that is a pretty fat '9', and does seem to be some evidence of doubling on the underside of the '5'.

Agreed. Looks like a little bit of "notching" going on.

That's not it. Look at the mint mark placement on the real deal:

It could be the pictures, however, I do not see doubling.... Or, it could be just my eyes... Cheers, RickO
