Curious if anyone else had an Easter Bunny who put coins in some of the plastic eggs?

All my son got was easter fools day ....
But the cats scored ......
We always put a bunch of change in some of the plastic eggs for the kids. Nothing special just pocket change.
When we had Easter Egg hunts, there were always some eggs with money in them.... sometimes they were not found until the next year.... since we hid them on a large piece of property with trees and rock walls... but always fun. Cheers, RickO
Back in the day, we loaded up a few of the plastic eggs with Half Dollars for the BIG prize eggs along with candies and other smaller change.

Now I am wondering if any organized coin clubs have ever put together an Easter Egg hunt promoting the fact that special coins, such as particular state quarters, would be included in some of the plastic eggs? Could be a way to generate interest and enthusiasm for the hobby in one's local community.
