At first I thought it was an oversized replica in a slab
HAPPY COLLECTING
That's actually a cool idea. At least it's better than an unreadably small pic of the dime.

I thought it was definitely interesting
HAPPY COLLECTING
Confusing your potential bidders is probably not the right way to go.....
New mini slab?
My War Nickels https://www.pcgs.com/setregistry/nickels/jefferson-nickels-specialty-sets/jefferson-nickels-fs-basic-war-set-circulation-strikes-1942-1945/publishedset/94452
Strong for a GD04, almost 06. Have these recently declined in value? I thought a 04 went for a bit more than that.
Interesting !!!
Seems like more photo editing time than it's worth.
Looks like either prices have dipped on these or someone got lucky in the auction.... Cheers, RickO
should of offered free shipping. some people will not even bid on inflated shipping costs
at least i can see it now. just saying
I added 1.50 handling per item to cover the cost of dyes and slides and slide covers for microscopic verification. It slowed business drastically. I removed it the following weekend and things returned to normal + some.
I've seen someone else do it. Not a bad idea
me too and it really through me for a loop the first couple times. i think i saw an anacs slab(s) like this.
.

Seems like plenty for a good to me.
those are the new mini-slabs, for the minor coin collectors
Only takes about 60 seconds, even with rudimentary photo editing software.
Anyone confused by that probably doesn't have a free $715 anyway
Actually, I would kind of LOVE IT, if they actually made the slabs that size for cents and dimes and trimes. Imagine how much less space would be taken up in your collection. Not to mention that small coins almost get lost in the normal size slabs.
Actually, could PCGS custom slab a 3 cent silver for me in a modified hockey puck slab? That would be hysterical!
This size holder does seem to focus more on the coin than the holder. That's a good thing.
Would like to know how he does it. Super way to market slabbed coins - u c it all in one place! I bet his sales fantastic.
It's very simple. Just copy the coin image out of the full image. Shrink the slab image. Past the coin image over the top of the now shrunken slab image.
