I come back on the message boards after a long hiatus and most of the folks I chatted with are gone. Geesh, what happened??? I spected dem to be here, but "low n behold" day aint. I'm mortified.
What is money, in reality, but dirty pieces of paper and metal upon which privilege is stamped?

How long were you gone? Looks like they started you at zero so I'll give you a like. Why not introduce yourself to all the new folks like me. What do you collect?
I lurk, but don't post much. I mostly come to browse the BST.

welcome back.
I see you check in for a few threads every once in a blue moon. Are you staying this time or just repeating past practices?
You checked in:
2011 (3 threads)
2010 (2 threads)
2009 (2 threads)
2007 (4 threads)
2006 (9 threads)
Just to start a couple threads and then gone! If you were very active before that, 2005 or earlier, 13 years is an eternity around here. Many of the people have new names or have died.
Welcome back. Its just like a bike just get on and go. What type of coins do you have/collect/admire?

@razorface1027 This old man is still here!
Kind regards,

LOL, I was pretty much thinking the opposite. Every time I go to a coin show all I see is a bunch of old folk.

Interesting that there are differing styles of communication as you go from the first and second sentences to the third sentence. Is it random or on purpose?
In any event, welcome back. As stated above some are still here and others are not (due to moving on, banning and deaths).
RE: "...I'm mortified."
Well, the OP must be either a mortician or a brick layer.
Some in "depends". I say this because I've been to such coin shows where the place looks and smells like an old folks home for the elderly. I remember asking my brother at one of those shows, 'do you smell that?" He says, I smell something, what is that? I responded with, 'smells like "poo poo" Of course, we'll all end up there.....someday.

Now I am.

Huh? What? Speak up!
When I was a 'younin' I'd get buffalo nickels in change, every now and then an Indian head penny would be pressed into my little paw. 1950-D nickels were still in circulation, imagine that...old, naw, just aged by wisdom.
