1983 p penny possible die cracks help

I know it's hard to see but inside the building there are like 2 lines maybe there die cracks please help me figure out what it is thanks

    I see the marks you are referring too... I cannot determine if they are indented or raised... If raised, more likely die scratches that were not polished out.....Cheers, RickO

    Look incuse to me - pmd or maybe planchet flaw or lamination error or something similar

    They look like clashed die's to me.

    Fairly common in that area, on various dates.
