Hoping to cobble together some cash in advance of the show. Anything that does not sell by Thursday night is off to the bourse floor. These are being priced at 'average auction', or in some cases, my cost meaning priced to move. No margin to speak of at these prices so lets avoid PP fees to greatest extent possible.
FSHO, 1916p pcgs 66. Bought it in an NCG holder in the hopes it was a proof. Busted out and sent to PCGS, now PCGS66. Date is known to have good strike but this one is special. Note how every detail is evident and the depth of the stike. REDUCED TO $720. Auction archives are all over the place but I am leaving a fair amount of upside on the table. No question CAC material.
1920P , PCGS 62 Asking $55, simply because I was able to buy this one right. Lowest price realized on Coinfacts is $73.
1929D, ANACS64, Asking $240, only once in last year has one sold for less per Coinfacts. A strike challenge year for sure. Usually don't see that as much hair on the buffalo's head short of stepping up to 65 money.
1931-S PCGS64, Asking $120 Matches lowest Coinfacts price realized in last year
1934P, PCGS65 OGH, asking $240, last sold on Heritage for a hair over $290. If this goes to consignment I am 100% sure it will CAC. .
1946-S PCGS 65 OGH, asking $85. Back of 'average auction' by about amount of Seller fees I would expect. Great thick skin and creamy luster.
