I think this is a 64 Kennedy half proof accented hair, if so what grade

I'm pretty sure its accented hair.........my eyes are tired
If so do you think it will grade PR68? No cam designation
You really don't see the metal flow lines in hand, its my crappy pic's
The best I could see is it needs to grade a PR68 to be worth submitting.

Its not an AH. You can tell by the unbroken serrif on the “ I” on the obverse. The hair isnt there either.

Not AH, I see 65+++/66, but with the 2 second lunch special you may get a 67. Nice coin.
