I’ve been pumping the brakes on silver lately, just staying in a holding pattern. I was at my LCS the other day to pick up a few pre-1965 mint proof sets that I needed. While I normally don’t pursue MS70s, I couldn’t pass this 1/4 oz. up for the going rate of a raw version of this piece. What did you get this week?

    Can't go wrong there, very nice!
    I impulse purchased this piece from a dealer junk bin for melt...
    1974 vintage and something like only 1800 struck.

    A day late for me ...just arrived this morning... edition of only 5 ... It is 8 oz of .999 Silver. Artist named it "Abyss"

    Nothing this week. Did clean up my work area and refined the sweeps. Didn't go for high grade gold, this is 99.85 fine and 4.7 grams. This is about my weekly accumulation from projects.
