PCGS submission - timing for PCGS to confirm receipt

Anyone know how long it takes pcgs to log in a submission? I sent a submission that was delivered monday and still not logged in. Also no response to an email I sent them before they received it. Thanks

I have a submission that was delivered and signed for on Wednesday 3/7 and the order was just entered today.
It varies. Sometimes that day, sometimes a week later. Also, I have never received a response to an email. It's best to call.
I sent a regular submission in they received this past friday and it just went into "pending" today.
I piggybacked an econ submission which they received 2/27 and did not go into "in process" until 3/12.
Sounds like a great way to pad your stats.
It also does nothing to write "EXPRESS SERVICE" on the box. They also take days to enter.
My last order took 8 days to get entered in system after they picked them up at the Post Office, that is pretty ridiculous imho.
unfortunately they have been very slow to enter invoices recently. I'm 10 minutes from their offices so I know exactly when they receive them, and it can be several days before they actually show up as logged into the system. Not sure what the issue is?
haha yeah I gave up attempting to email after going 0-3. I'm sure they get a ton of stupid emails they don't want to deal with it but just not responding at all isn't the greatest company decision IMO Some people can't call while at work especially if there's a hold time.
Things are slow right now it seems. A simple reholder + TrueView finally shipped yesterday for me after a month. I know Long Beach just happened.
Yes I did a Express as well and took a day to get there and a week to enter so much for Express, when I called she told me we will get to it when get to it and your 5 days don't start till then and we are more like 7 day for turnaround. I almost pulled the plug on PCGS right then. The new place is going to some ones head.
Hoard the keys.
I had 2 submissions on regular service take 20 days each. I received them last week.
Bingo!!!
My latest two submissions were sent Express and arrived at their PO on 3/7 and 3/8....both were logged in on 3/9...
I think a quick log-in is important even if the turnaround is long - I don't like having an expensive package essentially unaccounted for.
If patience is truly a virtue, than coin forum submitter's to TPGs are certainly the most non-virtuous group of people on the planet....

Cheers, RickO
I had a submission signed for on 2/21. I finally called a couple days ago and was told that it was just entered "a few minutes ago." It's still not showing up on my orders page, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
Maybe the new SS Central America hoard is slowing things down?

"patience" Weedhopper.
I wonder what is the longest turn around for pcgs submission time. I have one regular over a month but I am sure it is not the longest.
My last one took about 6 business days.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Received the grade on #1 today: 4 business days....thanks PCGS!!!
Submission #2 is a restoration which is a much longer deal...
USPS tracking showed my 5 coin economy submission with variety attribution was picked up on March 3. Was finally logged in March 14. Called PCGS in the interim and was told they were delayed in entering submissions because of volume. At least I'll be travelling until the end of the month so I won't be logging in obsessively to check progress.
This is completely unacceptable. I pay for Express and it is taking longer to log them in than the stated Express grading times! I am going into day 6 of orders not being logged in!
