The coin itself isn't overly remarkable, but i don't think I've seen a reverse clashed peace dollar quite like this one though surely others are out there.
I looked on VAM world and couldn't find one like it. A recent thread of a counterfeit 27-D made me recall this one.
MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

There is a 1921 reverse die with similarly deep clash marks. The VAMpires seem to have a dual opinion on these. They get listed and lauded for Morgans but not for Peace. But, I'm sure Messydesk on another VAM expert will be along to offer more substantive comments.
Does it stick to a magnet ?
It does not.

all but positive it is a counterfeit. it has the look and that clashing is quite scarce for the date/mm if not known at all.
other thread for convenience.

It sure does look strange... not sure how much of that is the quality of the picture... I would be very leery of that coin...better pictures, obverse and reverse... could possibly change opinions. Cheers, RickO
Pics are blurry but surfaces look a bit off to me...are they pitted or bumpy?
"United" looks very weakly struck too, I'm leaning towards counterfeit.
The more I look at this the more i agree with the 'fake' assessment. The surfaces are slightly grainy but it still has a cartwheel effect, but the mintmark is wrong and the "B" in Liberty stops short of the spike in the crown. The D is flat on the "spine" and does not have any.. serifs? on it
It's way too granular. I agree with the above comments.
That reverse had to come from somewhere else.
