I got called out for disagreeing with someone in another thread. Unfortunately it happened 9 days ago and I just found out about it. I didn't realize I had done it. Probably an inadvertent click - it doesn't seem as though any confirmation dialog comes up. I figured out how to remove it. I just clicked the disagree again and it seemed to go away. I know I can find out who has disagreed with me by looking at my profile, but is there any way to see who I have disagreed with in the past so that I can see if I've done so accidentally before.

LOL. Who knows, a few of us are trying to figure out how the "VISITS" function works. I wish a member had to leave a post stating the reason for the disagreement for it to actually be applied.
You can check to see who disagreed with you for retaliatory disagrees.

Personally I think you are investing far too much thought into it.

Those who do this should confine that disagreeable practice to members who do not give a reason for their disagreement.

have done it twice! The joke was on me as that disagreeable poster 
appears to be a very knowledgeable numismatist. It took me half an hour one night to find something he posted that I could disagree with...AND NOT GIVE A REASON!

I got over 200 disagrees and at least 199 of them are from that Arizona dude that went postal on me a few weeks back and proceeded to disagree on every post I ever made. Doesn't bother me at all and I certainly didn't come here to win a popularity contest. Besides it's just an internet message board.

Go to your profile, click on Spam, then click on Flag, then without clicking hoover the cursor over Spam.

who cares if someone disagrees with you or I. sometimes its good to have another perspective even if one thinks another way. I like discussion with a myriad of views and respectful disagreement. I hit all the buttons just because anyway
I care. If I take the time to post an opinion that someone disagrees with I wish to read a reason so I can receive another perspective that will either educate me, or spark a discussion.
IMHO, folks who hit buttons just because are...lame. IMO, they add nothing to the forum.
As I responded to ladies on Match.com who "Winked" at my profile: "A wink is lame. It shows no imagination, no intellect, and no effort on your part, No thanks.
I disagree with having a discussion on disagreements. If you disagree with my disagreement, you want the communists to win.

I had CuKevin given me 3 un-explained disagrees out of 9's of my entire time here just because I rendered my own opinions on my own coins.

Sorry, that's not funny. When many of the members disagree, they don't have the knowledge to explain. Others who actually do have the knowledge, don't have the time or inclination.
On another topic, try to find a reputable dealer who can do you a huge favor and give away lots of his potential profit by selling you an AU 34-S for your set that looks like an MS-63. That's the key to your MS-63 set. A set in that grade is very achievable. Many dealers will take a new collector under their wing. Take advantage of that while you are learning because those "gifts" will come less often as you mature as a collector.
Buy only slabs.

I inadvertently hit a disagree once while scrolling with my thumb on my phone. Wasn't intentional and an honest mistake. Removed it when I realized I did it. I try not to read on my phone while logged on. I think this happens to others here, so don't take it personal all the time.
