    I love it when you randomly get that vintage condition coinage in change... a few months back I received a 1958 nickel in AU condition. They sure stand out against the regular modern junk.

    It is strange how a prime condition coin (usually a cent) dated 40-50 years old, turns up in change....I believe it likely was in an old jar, box or collection that has finally been cleaned out....Cheers, RickO

    some of us, me included, don't bother to look at change anymore. eyesight is my problem.

    Glad the younger set has the eyes and inclination to do so!

    I probably let a lot go into the wild without even knowing.
