41 Business Days Economy Submission - Got my grades today.

keyman64keyman64 Posts: 15,519 ✭✭✭✭✭

Submitted at Winter FUN. Entered into the system on 1/15/2018.
19 Coins. 18 were toners. Of the toners, 4 were deemed QC.
2 of those I can see and aren't worth resubmission.
2 will be tried again in the future and have a shot on a better day.
I'm quite pleased overall with the grades/results.

Oldest coin was 1812 50c that graded VF25, a coin that was given to me
with a bunch of other coins for free. This was the only non-toner.

Just waiting on the True Views now...

Would you mind posting the one's called AT?

I think the TVs add a lot of time to the turn arounds.

My FUN submissions, 1 w/5 tokens, 1 w/13 coins, posted and shipped on Monday. Looks like they are fairly consistent...

I don't have True Views yet. The two that I will not be resubmitting, I can do that. Hmmm, I think I have pics that I took... somewhere. The 1957 PR Quarter I can see...it's pretty bad and I am not sure what I was thinking when I submitted it. Not sure why I sent it in but I was kinda in a rush grabbing stuff for the submission the night before and submitted this poo instead of another coin. LOL, Whatever. It's clearly my bad! The 1962 business strike Quarter, I wasn't sure there was an issue really so I figured I would get PCGS' opinion, but it isn't a mega coin or anything and I am not questioning it. It is "different" though and I do not recall seeing AT quarters like this 1962 business strike...but I don't know everything either...

Here are my pics of two of the coins that were deemed QC. Lol

The 1957 Proof 25C looks genuine and could pass on a different given day. I give the 1962 0% chance at straight grading.

Waiting on my January 12th grades. Was expecting them to pop this week but no luck.

I agree with the QC designations...Though I am not sure how the '62 was done...In all my experiments, I have never had one turn out with that color - if the picture is a true representation....Cheers, RickO
