Possible new discovery? 1962 Small 'c' 10c

    That small 'c' certainly looks unusual.... not being a sample slab expert, I cannot speak with authority... though many have been shown here on the forum....Cheers, RickO

    Really hoping the small 10c will be noted as a new variety.

    I think that sample fits in best as 4.1c - the only one known!

    Sample labels are normally printed in a batch for the occasion. Therefore, my guess is EVERY sample from that batch will have the same "small c" in the denomination. Until another is found, you have a unique sample! Nice find.

    Interesting in that every piece known to date (3) is a 1962-P MS64.
