Any error experts see a Capped Bust Half Dime like this?

@ErrorsOnCoins and other members - any suggestions? The entire coin looks like this. This is an image of the field at 30X. The coin grades Fine-12.

If it wasn't you posting it....I would have asked if it was some kind of lacquer that's cracking....

But since you have been pretty quick to identify that in the past.....I'll sit and watch. ;)

A photo of the entire coin, both sides,
would be helpful, but I'm certain that
it's PMD. Surface damage from a liquid,
    or burial.

Thanks Fred and Tommy, dried liquid substance that has cracked.

Sure looks like cracked lacquer to me!

Looks like dried and cracked lacquer, but also that the coin circulated after the lacquer was applied.

I would try an acetone bath on this one.
