The 1940-D/D (East) PCGS63. I bought this Dime back in 1993 at a local coin show and sent it in to Dr. Wiles in 2017 who entered it into the CONECA files as a new variety RPM-8 as the discovery coin. I just sent it in to PCGS in the group of 20 coins. Here is the TrueView of my discovery coin for RPM-8. Thanks for looking and comments welcome.
