Boy, that looks like a sample slab, or possibly a promotion. Someone has probably seen them before.
If that's a sample slab, someone needs to be fired. "Philidelphia"?
It does look like some kind of promotional slab.
Looks like the slab should of read "Philadelphia."
(.........lol)
The coin is an ungraded but genuine buffalo nickel. It is not a sample slab. It appears to have been created as a marketing device for a company who markets coins to the general public, not experienced coin collectors.
The slab itself might appeal to collectors of slabs as it is unusual. The coin it contains is a very common date Buffalo Nickel in a circulated grade.
No idea what the 3 coin FDI set was, P and D (what?) and a buffalo, but this is 1/3 of that set. Interesting curiosity.
The coin is from a 3-coin "buffalo nickel" set marketed to the general public. The other two coins were pair of ICG graded 2005-P and 2005-D buffalo nickels labeled "Return of the Buffalo." The sets were sold with a small certificate of authenticity and a display case.
See http://www.doubledimes.com for a free online reference for US twenty-cent pieces
probably a promo piece

Made for TB special set.

You gotta love the spelling error, given the impression this thing was trying to make. Peace Roy
