~10" copper Lincoln thing

Wondering if anyone knows what this is. It's very heavy, about 10" in diameter.

I would guess a plaque of president Lincoln. I have no idea of the value or age.

Looks like it is a well done one too. Well worth that price tag I would think.
If really solid copper, and heavy, there is metal value alone there.... seems like there should be some designer initials or information of some sort stamped on it somewhere. Cheers, RickO
