5 1 34930904 4964 1927-S 10C AU55 USA . Shucks again. Thought atleast AU58
6 1 34930905 4978 1930 10C MS65 USA . Needed a 66 out of this one.
7 1 34930906 4996 1935-S 10C MS64 USA. OK with this.

sliders can be a tough racket. many slabbed ms i see with (imo) high point friction/wear and au55/58 with apparently none.
there was a thread with some of this type of discussion recently.
a few nice coins in that order.

This probably reflects a tightening of "market grading" that takes place as a market slowly shrinks. Buyers become more and more selective.
What was that old refrain?? 'If the grades don't fit, you must resubmit.'....Well, not really... Let us know if, after reflection, you agree with the results.... Cheers, RickO

. You seemed to have pretty good overall luck on your other merc dime submissions that you posted recently. I'm interested to see pictures of the coins when you get them back! Thanks for sharing and the info @Fairlaneman
