    Looks like the signers are:

    • Brian Hill, Treasurer of American Royal Mint
    • Lewis Revels, President of Chattanooga Coin

Lewis was one of the original owners of Photo Certified Coin Institute (PCI).

Wow. An avoirdupois pound? Who measures silver in avoirdupois?

(I would make a snarky snowflake remark, but I'll steer clear of that... ;) )

Members of the lost tribe, the "Avoirdupois" of Chattanooga. They wandered there from Judea looking for a really good bagle and fresh cream cheese.

The obverse is kind of nice. The reverse is awful -- The poor bison looks like he was just electrocuted or got sucked through a lawn dethatching machine.

Presumably the OP means "Running Antelope" ("Tȟatȟóka Íŋyaŋke") of the Húŋkpapȟa Lakota. Too bad the issuer didn't correct the headdress.

If you read what it says on medal thats what it says ! but Running Antelope is correct ! /////////i Love this medal guess you have to see in hand to enjoy the old saying to each there own !

That's what is says on one side, but not the other. The obverse is kind of nice even if the headdress belongs to a different tribe which would be viewed as an insult by any Húŋkpapȟa Lakota. Of course, this is based on the $5 bill and it was BEP's decision to stick the wrong headdress into the engraving.
