Let me just say I'm not trying to make anything out of this than just posing here and thinking someone will see it and get it corrected - and they are, very quickly. Being a CC member I know it is our responsibility to send the Mech errors back to be corrected I see some on E-bay from time to time and just scratch my head why someone would try to sell an obvious error. My opinion: I am amazed how many coins go through the whole process at PCGS and very few errors. I had a couple last year where everything was correct except the label was Secure shield and should have been standard. Now, I didn't call CS to try and get vouchers or anything else, I just included them on a separate invoice and labeled them as Mech Error with my next batch, they were fixed and returned No Charge! That said, this is what I consider when you read one of the requirements on the quarterly specials "A member in good standing" I'm not perfect in no way, but I try to follow the rules I'm not a big submitter and in no way a big fish, just having fun!!!

I'm off my soap box
No worries @cointime we're human and occasionally make mistakes (key word occasionally )! If you see something on eBay or a Dealer's website with an error, send them a quick note. A lot of time sellers/dealers are working very quickly to post a newp and don't realize something is off. A quick (and friendly) note is also helpful to them. If it's something they need to send back to PCGS they will usually reach out to us and we'll assist them with the process.
If you see something on a PCGS or CoinFacts page that is off, feel free to give us a call at 800-447-8848 or send us a quick email at info@PCGS.com. We're able to review and correct most online issues pretty quick if you give us a call and point it out, sometimes an emailed issue takes us a bit longer to correct.
For Mechanical Errors, please continue to contact one of our Customer Service Representatives prior to sending an order to PCGS for review/correction. We ask that you send us images ahead of time so we can review the potential error and provide you with instructions on how to correct it. The main reason we do this is something that may look like an error to a customer may be the way PCGS labels a specific coin or series. If you're able to send us images before you send the coin(s) back, we can say for sure if there's an error or if it was meant to be.
All of our customers are our customers. It doesn't matter how many or how few submissions you send us, we're here to help as much as we can!

WTF is that? Gold, silver and Foreign and none a 69 or 70. Weird to say the least....
Maybe this is the why the stock dropped?

That is certainly not one I had considered...

Bullion is nice but I’m not for overpaying.
Wow! As an ASE collector these are new to me!
Thanks for pointing this obvious CoinFacts error out to us, we're in the process of updating the images now.

I have never thought about starting any Silver Eagle set.
Very cool. My thought was these had to be mechanical errors and needed to be fixed. I just checked and all is well now
Thanks!
