This looks like King # 249, He lists it in white metal only @38.5mm. It should show "Linck St. Louis" in small letters on the bust. No other info provided.

Generally yes, but I've ben surprised occasionally at the auction prices I've realized on Lincoln tokens sold on eBay - not campaign item prices but enough to make it worthwhile to list them. If the OP wants to sell it, that's where I would go and show the King # in the heading. Might get lucky.
