Second one looks like it was chewed, swallowed, and passed by DA BEARS
It all comes to how the ref, er, the grader judges the eagle. Does it get up to the grading line or not? Does it have both wings inside in the rims? Are the arrows clearly held within the talons? Remember, if the ref, er, graders don't agree, it goes to finalizer in New York, oops, I mean in Newport for the final determination.
That second coin has spent years in a very unfriendly environment... likely a dug coin...No grade... Cheers, RickO
