I would say Ebay. I can list if you don’t have acct. I would set it up by stating the weight in description
96 full ounces of xyz
Or 5.00 face value xyz
Due a bid usually gets better action then plain listing.
Ebay is going to kill you on fees and shipping. If your local dealer offers a fair price then get it done with quickly and in one shot. Otherwise, list on the BST.
I would say that unless you can convince some potential buyers on Ebay that the lot has numismatic value thru a "sales pitch", and then considering your time listing and also the deduction of the Ebay and PayPal fees from the selling price...you are far better off just finding someone locally who will pay approximate spot value.
Define small lots. If you are talking $10 face, BST or eBay would be a mistake - shipping alone would equal your local dealers margin. If you are talking $10 to $100, you could try BST. But, honestly, most of the action I see there is people trying to beat there local dealers sell price which ends up getting close to their local dealers buy price. IF IF IF you have a local dealer who is reasonable. If not, BST away...
I've had good luck both selling and buying on Craig's List but also have sold to local dealers and APMEX who took their cuts...depends on how quick you need the money.

I've been successful selling 40%/90% silver on BST.
BST is nice because fees are avoided and shipping can be deferred.
What're you selling anyway? Like a few rolls of coins or buckets? Changes things a lot.
Whatever brings you the highest net amount once you figure ALL costs involved in selling. What is your time worth?

depends how soon you want money and how much you have.
Best way to sell ? I think it the best time to buy.

Right here buddy, 90% I will buy it all provided its not all slicks and culls. No fees up over here.
The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.

Wooooha! Did someone just say it's officially "TACO™" Tuesday????
The easiest would be to walk it into the B&M who makes a market for 90%. Cash in hand with none the wiser.
BST could probably bring you about the same amount.
Local coin club meeting or BST.
In person - cash, no shipping, no listing fees, selling fees, or fee for a fee!, and buyer inspects...in hand. Done deal.
What have you got? Always looking to fill a few holes in my Whitman folders!
BST is usually a great venue...and no fees.....Cheers, RickO
