Look like inventory numbers.
Others have tried to peel off this rare red label control sticker/tab. I wouldn't dare. Why jinxs yourself?
Looks like a dealers numerical control system. Cheers, RickO
I'm thinking the number '61288' is the number on the submission form, '5' number of coins in order. Top number ???

I've bought/sold several of the rattler boxes. I do not recall a read sticker at all, much less any sticker that was different that the PCGS label on the cover (as seen in the background of your photo).
So I suspect Ricko is right - it has something to do with the dealer tracking system.

Just found an old photo from when I was selling these on Ebay - sorry it is not that great. It does show a white sticker with info on it. I suspect this was a PCGS sticker.
