I think what's making this hard is the missing clause -- more likely to die because of a gun than non-gun owners, or more likely to die because of a gun than to die of other causes.
The former was, I believe, the intended point, and the evidence does in fact support this assertion. I say this as a gun owner and a believer in the principle of armed personal defense.
The latter interpretation is not supported by the evidence, but I don't think that was what anybody actually meant to imply.
In any case, thanks for the list of stolen items, and of course my regrets to anybody touched by this personally.
A FedEx package being sent from Carson City, NV to Dallas has been compromised. The box contained an 1880 Proof Set. The shipment weighed 4.8 pounds when it left the Carson City station and 1.8 pounds when it hit Memphis.
