100 dollar bill mint error?

Hello everyone. Today the reverse of a c-note I got today appears this arc of blue ink or something. I looked closer and it appears to be on the paper maybe before printing. Let me know if anyone has seen this or is it just a common thing. Thanks for all the input!

How can it be a Mint error when they are not made in a Mint? They are printed, not minted.
    Post printing damage.

Sadly, maybe not. That forum does not get anywhere near the traffic this one does. And I'll bet the level of general knowledge and common sense is much higher here due to the larger audience (no offense to the paper chasers).

Try the currency forum. I have asked questions and posted error notes in that form. While maybe the traffic is light, those "paper" guys are really sharp and always very helpful. Give it a shot.

It does look like a lot of blue mixed in the tree. I'd have to be in the 'stamp' camp......

    ...as mentioned above,
    it's a teller stamp, imo.
