The late 1950s to early 1960s WQs seem to have a more muscular rendition to Washington, which makes them look slightly different, in my opinion.
As for the next big series, I would think that boat has sailed for WQs since they had an enormous uptick with the advent of the Statehood Quarter series and have, in many niche areas, retreated steadily with time.

I've seen 67's that look worse than this 66. I think the only reason it's not a 67 is because of the price jump. What a shame.
Maybe the two small spots are holding it back. Still, a nice coin!
