When I saw this Frank Gasparro plaster, I was intrigued since I am a collector of his dual torch design. Here is my Frank Gasparro's "With malice toward none; with charity for all; with firmness in the right, as God gives us to see the right" plaster.
The historic connection between Frank Gasparro (Lincoln Memorial reverse of the cent), the Lincoln Memorial, and the words from Lincoln's Second Inaugural Address was also a motive for me to purchase this piece for my collection.
The FG hallmark can be seen next to the right torch (right side of torch, just below the bottom waving ribbon).
The Frank Gasparro dual torch design was used in the consecutive years of 1960, 1961, and 1962 (from left to right) on three US Mint medal types: 1) President Eisenhower's appreciation medal, 2) President Kennedy inauguration medal, and 3) General of the Army Douglas MacArthur congressional gold medal.

I have more somewhere , need to find the pics.
In the Fall of 1978, just before I left Coin World, we received ad copy for this cheap necklace featuring Gasparro's design for the small sized dollar. I suspected that the seller did not have Mr. Gasparro's permission to use the design so I bought one just for the heck of it. I think it was $3.95 plus a dollar shipping, but I may be wrong. Then I left and I never hard if anybody put a stop to the sales. Plain back. Size of a small dollar.

I was lucky enough to pick up a few Frank Gasparro plasters from the ANS sales.
As of now, this is my favorite. It has deteriorated a bit but is a classic design.
