I am waiting for counterfeits of counterfeits.

If the market is good enough that people will pay for old time "contemporary" counterfeits, we will be flooded with counterfeit counterfeits.

Philosophical Question: If 2 wrongs make a right, does a counterfeit of a counterfeit become real?

If the Stainless was of the proper quality and gauge it would work just fine. And much cheaper than 1.1 Million dollars. But if it is inferior metal that will rust/stain, someone would have been taken!

Since I'm in the construction biz and in Southern California I can tell you
I have seen a knock off of just about everything in the industry.
The worst was a few years back they were shipping in tons of drywall and it had asbestos and it would mould
after only a few months. That cost me along with the industry so much money I donut want to even begin to think about it.
Plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, appliances......all of it and of course non UL listed

Officers discovered that the UPC shield logo was not authorized and confiscated the entire shipment.

I wonder if they ever check PCGS shield logos on imports. I’m guessing they would if $1 million of coins were being sent in one shipment they might, but one at a time may be too low level for them.

In my travels to China I saw many counterfeit items; fake chicken eggs, beef egg rolls (beef bullion flavored cardboard), complete BMW cars, Rolls Royce and GE aircraft engines etc. I learned very quickly that if it's been manufactured or even naturally produced the Chinese have counterfeited it. No desire to shut it down as our scumbag politicians and special interest business partners are making billions off the Chinese trade. Hell they've found knock off Chinese stuff within the US military supply chain.

The biggest misleading information U.S consumers receive is our U.S. custom carefully inspected all imported good. And FDA has a tight regulation on food related product.

What if i tell you that years ago China's honey was banned due to the content. So Chinese exporters sent them to Malaysia and Thailand to repack and sold them to U.S. legally.

Or how about the melamine/plastic-ware some restaurants and we use to serve our food? Do you think FDA run test on them? And are they made of true melamine and safe to use ?

A decade ago I was in cookware industry and saw many loopholes that our government seem to care less. And if you think big chain stores do not carry these products I mentioned, you are definitely wrong.
