TOPPS 2014 Dynasty Redemption Question - Willie Mays

So I am still waiting on Topps to fulfill 3 outstanding 2014 Dynasty redemptions, all 3 are 2014 Topps Dynasty Autoed Relics of Willie Mays. At this point is it safe to say best to work with Topps on a substitution(s) or could these 3 cards still possibly happen with Willie?
