I also got this today, I didn't think much of it, it's super plain but they bring a lot on ebay.
Does anyone know anything about these?

I like it. Plain is good as sometimes bars can be really overdone. I'm all for bars that look like this. Thanks for sharing it.

I have a few laying around somewhere in my PM stash. My guess is that they date from the 1970's.
