835 watching an eBay item they'll never buy.
I was on eBay and decided to checkout the highest price listings under U.S. Coins to see what was for sale. 1 lot of 2 off metal Lincolns with a sale price of $1 Million has 835 people watching this particular sale.
Now I have things on my watch page that I keep track of to see if the price gets adjusted or if it sold, but what would 835 people want to keep this auction on their watch page for?
Later, Paul.

Wild...isn't it.
I often watch things I have no intention of bidding on. It can be useful to gauge the market.
and over 12,000 idiots fell for it.

I usually watch stuff that I eventually want to buy. If it ends, I still leave it up so I don't forget about it.

I watch some items to monitor bids and final sale price.....I find it interesting when I see an item for sale that is just like one I own (not standard items, specialty pieces) but with a very high price... I have found some items I have owned for many years have appreciated in value astronomically... Cheers, RickO
