First PSA Submission Question

I know, I know. I'm sure these questions have been asked a million times but please bare with me. I'm not sure exactly what is going on, I bought a platinum mem. and filled out the 15 card sub online, printed out and mailed the 3 submission forms with the cards on Dec. 27. My tracking info on USPS shows my package has been delivered to the address I mailed it to but on PSA's website has no info on my package or that I even have an order at all. How does it work?

Thanks

There is a place when checking for loggage where you can put in your tracking number to check if they have it. That is updated pretty much same day of package receipt. This is something folks should check after the USPS tracking (or whoever) says delivered. It will confirm for you they got the package, The delay then in logging just affects your completion time.

  • It’s roughly 10-12 business days currently until you will see any update on the system. I know because i just went through it. They are delayed currently.

I started a thread about the delayed logging so that people could get an idea how long it is taking. Like Pman says, 10-12 business days is about right.

  • The thing is when I log onto my account on PSA's website It doesn't show where I have made an order. Does it not show up until they open the package? I understand that there will be a delay for everything else. Thanks for the replies.

Yes, it doesn't show up until it is logged.

Use the package tracking page to reassure yourself that the package is there and then sit tight....hopefully they will start to get caught up. My 12/13 package popped on the web
On 12/28. My 12/22 package has not.

I tried that. The USPS website shows that the package was delivered on Sat. 12/30 but the PSA tracking has no record. I'm sure where it was a Saturday and a holiday there is a delay. I just wanted to make sure about there being no order showing. Thanks for the replies guys. Sorry for the newbie questions.

They haven't been open since it was delivered. Check later today.

  • Great news my 10 day and 45 day orders delivered on 12/22 popped online today. That’s a few days quicker than submissions popping just last week.
