I need a ruling:
Heritage is being slow with my last purchase of 2017. When it arrives sometime in 2018 (one would hope!)....is it my first of 2018, or still my last of 2017? My record keeping needs to know....

@koynekwest .... What is that coin?? How neat... just checked, it is Italian. I will look for one of those... I really like that design. I have not yet purchased a coin... the year is only nine hours old anyway. Maybe that will be my first purchase.... Cheers, RickO
