They may have "made it" but I sure don't see them selling for more.
Saw these on eBay (and there is another, "made it" among the group). The price between the haves and have nots is not much, for sure.

Original surfaces to be sure. I wouldn't have slabbed those, if I were PCGS, based on the images. I bet the decision came down to which ones the graders felt had or had not permanently damaged the surfaces.
The real question, to me, is who thought it would be worth the cost of slabbing those?
Regardless of looks, all 3 look to be in the same condition as each other. The third one looks a little more progressed than the first 2, but still much the same as the others. Odd that it didn't grade or just as odd the other 2 did grade.
