By far the best action and landscape card --(This one isn't mine and I've still yet to own one. Seems like lots of plagues on this card with soft stock and centering is brutal on this thing; I just cannot seem to be happy with one and be economical yet...anyone has a centered one for sale holler at me).

As far as 1991 goes, this is the best in the set.
And I concur with the 53 Bowman Pee Wee Reese
Okay, that is a great card. Fielder is gonna be out by like 15 feet. I love the teammate yelling to get down like it's going to make a difference. He starts yelling as soon as Cecil rounds third "You got it! Keep going! C'mon man! Keep pumping, Sess! You got this! Left, right, left, right! Don't stop! You're almost there! C'mon man! Burn rubber, big guy! Be lightning! Go go go go! You got this! C'mon man!" [Fisk catches the ball] "Down down down down down! Slide big guy! Around the tag! Get your wrist in there! Get ready to go down! You got this! This is all you! Slip it by him, Sess! Don't stop!" [Fielder just pulls up and gets tagged out] "Outfielder has a cannon, nothing you could've done."
There are some very peculiar perceptions here on what' landscape' actually means. The 91 TOPPS Fisk though is considered GOD in many sports card circles. The one I attend by myself of course is one.
Just witnessed the last hour of GODFATHER III. It is possibly the worst movie that ever has been made.
There are several good choices so far in this thread. The '74 Topps Fisk also comes to mind. But most of the ones I think of first are prewar cards, and not just baseball either. There is a ton of great artwork on those early issues. Here is one that most of you have seen before but it is one of the style of cards I'm thinking of:

WHY Pacino ! WHY !
We must have been watching the same thing. I think they are playing them all tonight. But I agree completely it was god awful....I’ll be completely honest. I like mob movies like Goodfellas, Casino, and Donnie Brasco way better...maybe because it’s more recent? Def an unpopular opinion I’m sure. Goodfellas seems to be on every week though haha
Always looking for OPC "tape intact" baseball wax boxes, and 1984 OPC baseball PSA 10's for my set. Please PM or email me if you have any available.
It should be Had that photo stored on my IPad somit was the first one I could grab. Think I have owned about 8-10 examples of that card in grades 6.5-8.5 - such a great pose and card.

Favorite landscape card with no landscape:
Favorite portrait card of a landscape:
Munson and PeeWee were the first to come to mind. Awesome cards.
When I think landscape I immediately think of the Munson, and that’s a blazer that Cakes posted. Any love for Pat Corrales?
That Mantle is my favorite too!! Wink - Wink
These are my two.
Kevin
Any love for the Mantle, Jeter, Bush card? I am not sure it fits my collection, but it would be a modern one I'd consider.

Oh, and one of my favorites for sure even though it is inexpensive, the 1991 Pro Set Barilko:
Lots of good Jacques Plante landscape cards in both the 1954 and 1955 Parkhurst sets too.
Always wish the 51 Parkie #52 The Winning goal had been done as a landscape.

An iconic Mantle card and a beauty KC...like looking at a 10 to me.
I agree on that one - looks outstanding in person. PSA saw that card several times and would not bump it which I can't figure out.
KC
Love the early bowman issues. Some cool images for sure. Not mine
Trees on a football field. Awesome.
And have to have these 2 in the group.
Here's a couple favorites -
I'm pretty sure this was here in Charleston at the Battery. Got to love how weird '92 Bowman was.

Not my card, but always like the action happening on this one!!
A few of the 1972 Cubs cards have nice landscapes.
Sticking with the Cubs theme, and just because they're not floating heads (like all their other team cards from 71-81)...
Lot's of good choices so far. The historical significance, nice action, and inclusion of the scoreboard make this one a favorite.
I always liked the background of this card:
Nolan Ryan does not have too many cards that are in the landscape format, but if I had to chose this one is my favorite.

Doh, I forgot about the Pee wee card! IMHO the Pee wee and the Munson are 1A and 1B.
That Pat Morales card is also a beaut.
