Potentially important tip for eBay sellers

This may have been discussed in a previous post so I apologize if this is old news. I just found out that my listings were not "mobile friendly". I had to revise all my listings. To check your listings go to an item and hit the Edit in the Action column. Scroll about halfway down. On the right side above your description box is "NEW Mobile-friendly checker". Click on that. If your auction item is not mobile friendly it will say fix it. Hit the fix it, scroll down to the save button, then hit the update listing box at the bottom of your listing. I don't know how many people shop on eBay on their mobile devices, but it is troublesome to me to think my listings are not being viewed by everyone. So I am glad I found out about this since it seems like my sales have been down the last few months.

Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...
I could not figure out a way to do them in mass- so it was kind of tedious to do each one individually.
You do this by first choosing to "revise" your listing. While in the revise screen, on the right side above your description box click on "NEW Mobile-friendly checker." On the new screen if you do not have a green check mark next to "Viewport meta tag incorrect" click "fix it for me." At the bottom of this screen click "save." You will automatically be taken back to the "revise listing" screen AND YOU MUST click on "update listing" at the bottom of this screen for the mobile viewing change to take affect. I cannot find and option to do more than one listing at a time.

Yes-I have a store so it may be called something different in a non store. It is called Edit in my eBay. Seems like it used to be called revise your item though.
I very seldom use my computer for Ebay almost exclusively done on my phone.
would someone with a phone please check and see you can view my listings? (I don't own a mobile phone). Thanks,

I have used my phone to see the Instagram coin listings, but never tried ebay on my phone (I use Android). Actually, been thinking about going back to a flip phone.... since I prefer using my computer, and when away from home I am too busy to use my phone for anything except calls. Just not worth the investment... Cheers, RickO
It's funny, when I checked my listings on my android phone, they all came up perfectly. When I went to edit one of them, I clicked on the, "NEW Mobile-friendly checker." I clicked on fix it for me......After I made those changes, That listing came up on my android missing half my description. I went back and had to undo the ebay fix.........in other words, check your listings first on your android/I-phone and if it comes up OK, than don't fix what aint broke.
