Unable to Add Inventory

Hi,

Whenever I click on "Add Inventory", I get an error. This has been going on for over 24 hours. Does this happen to anyone else? I've clicked on the "Contact staff" link and sent an email (or two...or three), but nothing has changed. If this continues, I might actually have to pry myself out of this chair and get a life (that's not happening).

Same here. Started Friday night for me. I can't get to My Set Registry or My Inventory. Both give the error message. I can go to My Sets. That one seems to work.

Ditto. I hadn't tried going to my inventory, but I just did. #frustrating

I'm tempted to start my own grading company, become the leader in the industry, create a set registry database of my own, and enter my cards into that, but I figure that right as I get finished, PSA will get their website fixed.

Just let it accumulate in your basement until things get back to normal

I am encountering the same issue. I emailed support and got a message back indicating they are getting a high level of emails at this time. So it appears to be impacting many folks.

They're also making updates to the system which are going to be improvements. I think if you view the public page and then click your set you can edit but adding may be out for the time being.

I assume they're just doing maintenance or upgrades to the site. Have some patience, guys. Geez.

I think I will wait for Bob's new company before diving into graded cards.

This was happening to me as well this past weekend and i sent PSA an email asking why its doing this. It started working fine this afternoon for me so i'd say just give it time.

I have been having trouble like this for at least six months. I wonder if it may be some king of "updates needed" thing with my laptop. I haven't been able to update my sets forever because it may let me enter one or two and then it keeps loading and giving the error message.

I do not find the full website registry tools very intuitive at all, I use the app almost exclusively these days - so much quicker to add!
