The 1915 PPIE medal looks like HK-424, but it does not have the "In God We Trust" banner. Is it attributed?

Seems like I may run across this in my searches once a year!
I hope this one is OK....I found this as a child while playing in a yard in Detroit Lakes, MN, in '67 or '68.
Wow! That is super impressive. Congrats! I wish I found things like that playing in yards as a kid!
