1983 P Washington Quarter

Would like to get feedback on this beliced to be a bold error on the motto, IN GOD WE TRUST, don't seem to see the letter " I ". The year and the mint mark is very different from the others that I have looked on the web.

    Kinda hard to tell,

    Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.

    The particular coin in the picture has excessive post mint damage. I would drop it back in circulation and let it ride out the rest of its life peacefully going from one cash drawer to the next. Maybe take it with you on your next trip to another part of the country and let it continue its journey there.
