Sent a nice note and it seems he's not willing to even listen let alone have them examined at a coin shop. All of his auctions are fakes.

All we can do is report it and let Ebay not handle it. It appears things are happening in Congress that may put a fire under their butts.

They are working on importing replicas and fakes. I thought all this was reported in CW or NN. Oh, I forgot less than 5% of collectors read those newspapers. I may have seen something on line also. Sorry I cannot be more specific but that specific problem is off my radar. I was upset with the 1972 law placing "copy" on items. From what I see on Ebay, it is mostly crude junk and not suitable for my counterfeit collection. I did get a decent "Fugio" last month. The fakes are improving! So you see, I'm part of the problem.

eBay does try to police these things, despite the constant complaints made here about them. Sometimes takes them a little while to investigate. I don't blame them for not taking the word of one random complaint. [Shhh...don't tell anyone, but the members of this board aren't ALWAYS right. ]
