There are some good names on the list so I wonder who will get in?? Several of the payers stand-out for me but no one strikes me as a shoe-in first ballot. Tell me what you think.

Chipper isn't a shoe in?
Thome should be a no brainer.
Chipper and Thome are stone cold mortal locks.

Guerrero and Hoffman got very close last time.

I would think that Jones and Thome are as close to shoe-in's as you'd expect, but I stop and remind myself who's doing the voting. just as there are voters who will hold out and no one gets a unanimous vote there are some guys who think "not on the first ballot" and hold out.
it's a bad system.
Chipper should sail in easily, and I'm sure he will. Thome should get in, but with a lower % than Jones. After that, nobody on that list is a HOFer. Andruw Jones and Scott Rolen are close - Rolen looked like a lock at age 29 - and it wouldn't bother me terribly if they got in, but they don't deserve to.
Pathetic
IT CAN'T BE A TRUE PLAYOFF UNLESS THE BIG TEN CHAMPIONS ARE INCLUDED
Chipper, Thome, Guerrero and Hoffman.
I think Carlos Zambrano is a lock.
Chipper Jones (82%)
Vlad Guerrero (78%)
Jim Thome (76%)
Hoffman would be in if it was for April - August. Close but no cigar for me since I feel like he fell apart down the stretch every year (I perennially owned him in rotisserie baseball).

El Caballo was awesome but I fear he will suffer the same fate as Albert Belle (who should be in already).
