the bottom coin looks promising as a "Cameo" designation. the best I ever did out of an intact 1955 flat pack I bought was a beauty that graded PF68UCAM at NGC. I cracked out another 1955 from an OGH PR65 holder that graded PF67, I thought it would get a Cameo designation. one thing is sure, once the Mint switched to the flat pack from the box-and-cello the quality of the coins improved long term.
I also like the bottom one - looks promising.

Again, the quality of the photos is poor. In hand they all look similar. They all have two sided frost and very nice mirrored fields. I think they may be part of a "run" since the look almost identical.
With respect to dipping these coins, I will not do so. They have developed some peripheral toning and have positive eye appeal as they are. The haze present on the 5 1956 Type 1 half dollars I posted about previously is not present on the 1955s.
Better to leave them as is, since the look they have acquired since 1955 has given them "character".
Bottom one sure looks more CAM to me also.
Sorry, my OCD is kicking in HARD right now...
The bottom '55 looks CAM .....I know in hand you rate them highly.... I would try to remove the haze, but that is my personal opinion.... Nice Franklins.... Cheers, RickO
